I specialize in anxiety, obsessive-compulsive, and related concerns. I have a special fondness for working with folks struggling with perfectionism. I am an assistant professor at the University of Louisville where I direct the Process-Oriented Intervention Science Lab. My research primarily focuses on developing and disseminating personalized treatments for people with diverse needs, backgrounds, and identities in the area of obsessive-compulsive and related presentations. My goal as a therapist is to help you live your best life by providing an authentic and compassionate space to get unstuck and move toward the things you care about.
In my free time, I like to climb rocks, read cozy mysteries, and brainstorm names for the dog I do not have (yet).
