I specialize in anxiety, obsessive-compulsive, and related concerns. My career has focused on researching, treating, and training other professionals in these areas. I studied under and learned from leaders in the areas of obsessive-compulsive disorder, anxiety, acceptance and commitment therapy, exposure therapies, and body-focused repetitive behaviors. I stay up to date on the research in these areas and this is reflected in my work. I strive to provide a compassionate space for you to face uncomfortable thoughts, emotions, and situations in order to help you grow and learn.
In my free time, I enjoy dancing to music while cooking, being with loved ones, attempting aerial and circus arts, and being in nature.
