He/him/his
I have expertise in the area of tic disorders (e.g., Tourette’s disorder), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and related concerns such as anxiety in children, adolescents, and adults. My career has involved direct clinical services for these concerns including assessment and treatment, as well as research, training of students and professionals, teaching, and publishing around these topics. I utilize evidence-based treatments such as comprehensive behavioral intervention for tics (CBIT), habit reversal training, exposure and response prevention, and cognitive behavioral therapy. In therapy I am compassionate, honest, and problem focused. I strive to help you meet your goals and to do so in a collaborative manner.
Outside of work I spend as much time as I can with my family, especially playing with my two young children, going for walks or hikes, and cooking up meals for my loved ones.
