I work with teens and adults who experience anxiety, OCD and related concerns, borderline personality disorder, and psychosis. I have spent my career working in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I currently work full-time at the Utah State Hospital where I provide interventions, assessments, and supervision of doctoral trainees. In order to provide the highest quality of care, I obtained certification in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and am a graduate of the International OCD Foundation’s General Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI). Because of their unwanted experiences, my clients often are not living the lives they want to be living. We will work together towards improving your quality of life and living a life that is meaningful.
Outside of work, I enjoy climbing and skiing in the mountains, surfing when I get the chance, and being with friends, family, and animals.
